Have you tried re-redeeming the card, does that give you a message that it's already been redeemed ? Or have you tried contacting iTunes Support and see if they can see what happened to its value ?

Aug 29, 2016 9:49 AM in response to King_Penguinby DadOZach,Nope, didn't owe anything. Saw the $10 appear when I scanned the card and then went to download an app ($1.99). After downloading I saw the standard emails about purchasing an app. That's when I went back and noticed I did not have a credit. How do I contact Apple Support, directly? Thanks for your help on this.
