Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having an issue with Siri on your iPhone is not what you expect. If I understand correctly, after you sync your iPhone with iTunes and the contacts from Microsoft Office/Outlook on your computer, Siri does not have the correct contact card for your personal data. Based on that, you may want to check that your personal contact card in Office is the same one after syncing on your iPhone, as that could be interfering with Siri. You could also try syncing the contacts from Office/Outlook to your iPhone using iCloud as this article suggests:
