Q: How to unlock activation lock on iPad

i bought the iPad second hand and when I wiped off the ipad so i can put my own Apple ID it shows activation locked and when i contacted the real owner she said she doesn't lnow the password anymore ,pls help me out here cause it's been months i bought the ipad and i was unable to use it
