First off, I have 300Mbps internet, so my internet speeds are not an issue here. When I use programs such as transmission or chrome to download larges files, the rest of my programs seem to be cut off from internet access. If downloading with say transmission, I get connection time outs or no internet errors on Chrome. And vice versa with other programs. It's like my computer or router is prioritizing the app doing the downloading with all the internet flow and cutting access off to other apps. I have an Apple Airport Express as my router. Everything's up to date software wise. Anyone have any idea why it might be behaving like this?
