Hi
The following steps may help (check after each):
- On your iPhone go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services:
- Check that Location Services is enabled (top setting);
- If the setting is already enabled, try turning it off, pausing for few moments and then turning it back on again.
- In the list of applications beneath:
- Check that Apple Watch Faces is set to While Using > While Using the App.
- At the bottom, tap on System Services > check that Setting Time Zone is enabled (you may also wish to enable all other system services, if they are not presently enabled).
- Check that Location Services is enabled (top setting);
- Check that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both enabled on your iPhone:
- iPhone: Settings > Bluetooth - on.
- iPhone: Settings > Wi-Fi - on.
- For the best performance from your watch, keep both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permanently enabled on your iPhone.
- Check that your watch and iPhone are connected:
- When viewing the time on your watch, swipe up on your watch face > swipe left / right to the Settings Glance > check that this states Connected and shows a green phone icon. Disable Airplane Mode if it is enabled.
- If you have not yet done so, check that both your iPhone and watch are updated to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
- Restart both your iPhone and your watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first;
