Aug 30, 2016 12:33 PM in response to GeniousHSBby KiltedTim,Please answer the question. What country are you in?

Aug 30, 2016 12:39 PM in response to GeniousHSBby ChrisJ4203,YOu have been provided information for contacting Apple. However, if you purchased these devices new, why did you have someone else set them up? If you purchased them used, despite having a receipt, Apple will not assist you. As a second owner, the receipt means nothing, and Apple will not assist.
On top of everything else you have said here, either you are not understanding what we are trying to tell you, or you are purposely avoiding answering specific questions.

Aug 30, 2016 1:16 PM in response to GeniousHSBby KiltedTim,Apple does not provide support via email. You have already been provided with links to contact Apple directly.
You still have not clarified exactly where you purchased the phone(s) you have that are activation locked. If you did not purchase them from an authorized distributor of iPhones, Apple will not be able to help you at all. Your only option to get them unlocked is for the owner of the account used to lock them to remove the lock.

Aug 30, 2016 1:31 PM in response to GeniousHSBby KiltedTim,Well, Apple does not provide support via email. There is nothing anyone here can do about that. We are not Apple. This is a user forum.

Aug 30, 2016 1:41 PM in response to GeniousHSBby KiltedTim,OK. We CAN NOT fix this for you. If you have a legitimate, original receipt from an authorized source, Apple can remove the activation lock. If you have problems communicating with Apple, we can't help with that. Find someone who speaks English well enough to explain the problem to them so they can understand.
If you do not have a legitimate, original receipt from an authorized source, your only option is to have the owner of the account used to lock them remove the lock. If you can not contact them, the phones are effectively useless.
