Q: Back up to computer
I want to manually backup my iPad to my computer using iTunes. When I connect my iPad to my computer, I see my device come up in the iTunes menu, but I'm immediately taken to a screen that gives me the option to set up the iPad as a new iPad or restore from a previous backup to my iPhone. I don't want to do either of these, but when I click on Cancel, my device is disconnected. My device seems to be connecting correctly. I have iCloud drive and iCloud back up turned off, but it's still not working. Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone help me?
