Q: Text not printed on front of book

Hi - I just received my Apple book and I was so dismayed to find that a huge blank space was left on the front of the book where there should have been text printed. This is a wedding gift and I am so upset as it was the bride and groom's names. The text is printed on the spine but the cover is ruined. It printed in the PDF preview, so I really don't understand what happened. Is there any way I could ask Apple to redo the book jacket at least? - Thanks in advance!

You can return the book, if it is defective, and you could not see the problem in the PDF preview, see this page:   http://www.apple.com/shop/help/print_products

The Order Status page has a link "Questions about this Order?". Use it to contact Apple Support and to report the problem.

Use the link to the Order Status from this page: http://www.apple.com/shop/help/print_products

The link is in the section "Your Account".

Many thanks! When I try to use the link to Questions about this order - it takes me to chat. The problem is though I am an American customer, I am located in France, and I cannot chat with a US Apple representative. It loops me into speaking with a French rep, which doesn't help at all as the order was placed in the US store.

I don't want to return the book as I need to gift it on Friday. But I'd like to speak with Apple about correcting the cover - which would partially solve the problem.

    Thanks again for your help!

Have you tried to ask for a representative that can speak English, during the chat?  I am living in Germany, but when I contacted the AppStore with a problem and asked my question in English, they automatically redirected my question to the UK support team.
