Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are needing to delete multiple photos from your iPhone. That's a great question! What you can do is check out this article: Image Capture: Transfer images and other items from your device.
- Select “Delete after Import” to remove the items from the device after transferring them to your computer. You can also select individual items on your device, then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Since you've already transferred the photos and are ready to remove them from the iPhone, this can be done quickly by plugging in the iPhone and going to Finder, then to Applications, and then Image Capture. This will allow you to see the iPhone as a device. Once it is showing, you can go to Edit in the menu bar and Select All and then once everything is selected, press the delete key. Now these steps will work if you do not have iCloud Photo Library enabled.
If you do have iCloud Photo Library enabled, you can follow the steps in this article to delete the photos from your iPhone: Delete photos on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Delete multiple photos
Cheers!
