Q: I am not able to connect the facetime

Good day Apple Team,

This is inform you that i am not able to sign in to Face time. it is giving me the error, ''an error occurred during activation, try again''. This is the first time i am going to use face time application, I did not had this application available in my previous device (Iphone 6).
