Q: Ipod sync problems

So never had issue in past but I'm trying to sync selected albums to my ipod, I sort iTunes out plug it in select the albums I want and click sync.

It's syncing songs for about 1 min then saying its complete but when I go onto my ipod certain albums are available, others are there but wither wholly greyed out or one or two songs available. The greyed out ones are only available online.

Also the album artwork is not syncing over on albums which they previously did.

Tried also syncing entire library where before it took en entire night to sync its saying its done in like 1 min.

Very very frustrating as I have a slight OCD with this!

Thanks again

I have wiped all the  music off my ipod and am going to wait to see if anyone can help.

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.5, null

    Try:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Unsync/delete all music and resync

To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music

    - Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Where did the songs come from?

If you right click and select Get Info what is listed for the details of the format/bitrate?

Try converting the songs to a lower bitrate. That option is available in the iTune sync settings.

    I would go with 128 kb/sec

This seemed to have fixed it...but I also unticked a box in preferences show ticked something or other...so I don't know which one fixed it.
