Q: iOS 9.3.5 USB connection to GM
I spent last night updating 3 phones and 2 iPads to iOS 9.3.5. I have a 2010 Chevrolet 2500HD Crew Cab pickup, just old enough that there is bluetooth for talking on the phone but not streaming music in which case I have to use the USB cable that is located in the center console. It gets the job done. After upgrading iOS, none of my devices are recognized by the vehicle and I get an unsupported media type message on my phone. Anyone else having a problem like this?

Hi,
If you're using USB Playback
- Restart your iOS device and your car.
- Connect your iOS device to a different stereo USB port (if you have one).
- Try a different USB cable.
- Update your iOS device.
- Install any firmware updates for your car stereo.
- Try playing audio from a different app. If you can't play audio from a specific third-party app, contact the app developer for help. If you can't play audio from an Apple app, contact Apple Support.
