Q: error with windows 10 system services privileges starting apple mobile device

While attempting to install iTunes on a Win 10 64bit system, with an administrator ID, I get error Service 'Apple Mobile Device Service' (Apple Mobile Device Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
