Q: every one I want to use iTunes, comes s.mzstatic.com. how can I solve the problem?

If you signed up to get a music service, their software puts some kind of

junk in your browser; a search of the name s.mzstatic.com brought up a

page in arabic or something I'm unfamiliar with, and it didn't tell much

on how to be rid of the symptoms it creates if you install or use it.

You may be able to remove the problem from your iOS by following ideas:

The advert I've seen suggests the problematic item you found 'un'removable

is part of a scheme to 'allow' you to get music on your iPhone without iTunes.

And one of the mzstatic main sites -- has been blocked now as security risk.

You may have to try to remove any vestige of extensions or properties that

may be associated with the product; some of them are directly affecting

the browser (Safari) in your iPhone.

are associated with the property in question - especially if they are expired.

Since you could try another route, and 'restore' your iDevice using a computer

that has iTunes application in it; that may resolve the fixation your product has

with this alternative music site... If none of the items above were satisfactory:

If there is an adware or other content that doesn't want to go away, there are

some things you can do to erase and restore content. The above may fix it.

Without access to a computer running iTunes,  you may be able to erase all the

content in the Device using information from this article:

"use the steps below to restore your device to factory settings and remove all settings and information"

Note there is an Activation Lock that may need to be attended to, the details and

links to that topic are within page above. Be sure to attach the Device to its power

supply and expect some time, maybe hours, for the unit to erase contents. If you

erase all your personal data, be sure to read up on how to restore full function after.

other method. You may also see if an authorized Apple service provider can help.
