Aug 30, 2016 11:50 PM in response to Tayrurebzby King_Penguin,If resetting the account's password and logging out and back in hasn't fixed it try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here, or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
