Q: Printed text overlaps
We have a user who is experiencing an interesting issue when printing (also present in the print preview). The letters are overlapping each other. It is always the same letters. F.I. the letter "B" is always overlapped by the letter "H". The problem is present no matter what program the user is trying to print from.
Screenshot of the issue below.
We have already tried the basic support such as removing the printer, updating the drivers, checking text size. But not being an Mac expert, I have to try and get help from the community.
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

Most likely explanation is that your user has installed a corrupt or incompatible third-party font.
OS X has a standard utility:
Applications > Font Book
that you can use to check the integrity of the installed fonts. Run it, select 'All fonts' and then all of them that are listed in column 2. Then use
Font Book > File > Validate Fonts
to see what it reports.
