I bought a new iPad-pro, they where very helpful on that point!
In the mean time They "fixed" my Air.
When I came home (Corfu Greece) I found out after e few days
the problem came back and it gets wors every day.

Aug 31, 2016 3:41 AM in response to wspeetby dwb,Go back and give them a second chance. Sometimes the obvious problem causes secondary issue to develop. My guess is the cable was loose and the tech reset it and tested. It worked then. Now it isn't which suggests the cable has worked loose again or the cable is damaged. IT can be hard to spot secondary problems like that.
