The thing is I haven't set up a credit card as a payment method and I don't want to, i want to set up family sharing and use my store account from my gift cards to pay for the monthly music but it won't let me finish setting the family sharing up without credit card details.

Aug 31, 2016 6:04 AMby Bakhtina,If you are the organizer for your Family Sharing group, you need a credit card, that's just how it works. If there is store credit on the account of a Family Sharing member, the store credit will be used before the credit card is charged. I know a few friends (all adults) who are part of a Family Sharing group together. The organizer put a credit card on their account, and the others are using iTunes gift cards so they don't have to pay back the organizer when they buy something.
