Q: Apple ID Sign In
Has anyone else received a msg from Apple Support stating that their Apple ID was just used to sign into a Web Browser?

Yes. Periodically when I sign into iCloud from a browser I get an email from Apple. If you didn't sign I would recommend being very careful and do not use any link in the email in case it is a phishing attempt to get you to go to a site that looks like Apple and enter your password.
If you didn't sign in and the email is in fact from Apple you should change your password by going to https://appleid.apple.com
