And this is the problem, when I want to publish the ibook. It says: if you want to publish the "booktitle" (=Buchtitel) click continue. And I don't want to name the iBook "booktitle".
If I begin with a new iBook-file and firstly change the title into my title I want, it works. But I wouldn't be that happy to copy 100 pages into a new file.

make sure you erase even the .iba and retype it after
the new name.
Go back to rename the book in the BOOK section.
Delete everything from the title section. Add a new text box
and designate it as a text placeholder (Format, Advanced, Text Placeholder)
Font 72 or so.
