Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I see you're using an iPhone to keep your contacts readily available, but the disappears when your iPhone connects to a network you've already joined before. I'll be glad to help.

If someone else set up your network, ask them for help. If you’re using a network at a company, school, hotel, store, or other free Wi-Fi location, find an employee for assistance.
