Q: iCloud Drive files not displaying properly

I'm wondering what is wrong with my iCloud Drive? On my Macbook, it looks fine, but on my iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2, none of the files will display now, all I get is the "spinning circle." I've only used about half of my current 50 GB, also. Anyone have any ideas? All iOS and OS X software is up-to-date. Thanks!

Have you tried either signing out of your iCloud account then signing back in, or perhaps restarting the devices -- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Thanks, I had restarted but not signed back in yet. I did that and I can now view the files again, except that only one folder is now showing, the Preview folder. But on my Macbook, all of my files still show up in iCloud Drive ok.
