Q: how come when i change my apple id password it doesnt change?
when i go to change my password and reset it through email it says it was successful. Then when i go to login it says its incorrect. i did this repeatedly and still doesn't work. So basically want someone to talk to through apple chat service, but i cant find the chatting system anywhere on the website. Please make it more visible so its easier to find apple support.

Are you still logged into the account and just entering the password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support), or are you entering your id and new password from scratch ?
To contact iTunes Support use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here.
