Q: I am finding downloded apps I did not order and was charged to my PayPal.  I can not get help on this matter and Paypal has severed the connection between ITunes and my PP account instead of investigating.

I found 2 wierd apps downloaded that I have never heard of, one free and the other .99c. automaticly billed to my PayPal account.  How could this happen without my knowledge?  I have absolutey no use for these 2 apps and now Pay Pal has severed my auto pay for my Apple TV instead of investigating.  I contacted both apple and PayPal and though is was less than a dollar it has caused fear of a hack and I must reevaluate Apple TV.

How could I have had my PayPal charged and an app downloaded without my knowledge?

Should their not have been a clear path making it obvious what was transpiring?

I have no idea where or what these apps are or where they came from.

They must have been a invisable add on of some sort, not ok.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7, YOUR STORE LIED ,ALL WERE INFECTED

    We are fellow users on here, we won't know what has or hasn't happened on your account.

     

    The two apps show on your iTunes account's purchase history (an emailed receipt should also have been sent to the email account) ? If they do then has anybody else had access to your account/devices, and have you changed your account's password ? For an app to be downloaded on an account somebody must have/had access to that account to download it from the store, apps can't download other apps (is that what you mean by 'invisable add on' ?)

     

    If they don't show on your iTunes account(s) then you need to contact PayPal about it
