Q: Unable to pass the login screen, (Mac pro) password forgotten. How can I get pass this?

Trying to login my laptop Mac Pro, I'm stuck. Forgotten password. Please help.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), iOS 9.3.5

Assuming Lion or later reset the admin PW by:
Reset the user password in OS X Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks and Yosemite
