If you wan to see dates and prices for the purchases, the best you can do on an iPhone is to login to http://reportaproblem.apple.com
It will show you a list of all purchases made in the last 90 days. It includes dates, and prices. As well as the ability to report any issue with the Apps.
If you need to see a full historical listing of all your purchases ever made with dates and prices as well, that can only be seen in iTunes on a computer.
Alternatively, you can open the App Store App in your iPhone, and then tap on the Updates Tab at the bottom, and then on Purchased, and you will see a full listing of all your purchased Apps ever. This list however does not have dates or prices.
