9.3.4 update has caused iPod 5 to be unable to iMessage, FaceTime, use Bluetooth and the device's time display always says same time. Any ideas? Have tried resetting all settings and resetting network settings.

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.4

- Restore from backup. See:
Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
