Aug 31, 2016 6:05 PM in response to saspagnoliby Tom Wolsky,That's a very old version of the OS. I've guessing you also have a very early version of FCPX. First you should check that your computer meets at least the minimum specs for the application.

Your projects and events will have to be upgraded to work with the current version, which is considerably different. There were a great many changes in 10.1. Read about them here, especially the upgrade process for projects and events.

If you can you should finish any current projects before upgrading your system.

Aug 31, 2016 6:23 PM in response to Tom Wolskyby saspagnoli,I see, could you tell me what versions it does support? (The only reason I haven't upgraded my OS is because the reviews for it on the site aren't very good, but an Apple store employee said its OK and I should)
What do you suggest? Upgrade all around?
