Q: apple id and phone number used by unknown  ipod touch- chinese

This morning I discovered that my apple ID and phone number had been used by an unknown ipod touch. Hundreds of messages have been sent during the night, all in chinese.

I have changed my ID but do I need to do something about my phone number?

Who do I report these things to?
