Apple TVUnfortunately, you can only use the languages supported at your store which will be listed under the siri language settings (settings > general)
If you have any suggestions that you think might enhance the Apple TV you can send Apple your feedback here

Sep 1, 2016 2:45 AM in response to matteoettam74by turingtest2,I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Siri is designed to integrate with the iTunes Store. If you are connected to the French iTunes Store the content will be listed in French, and Siri will want to be listening for French. I had to change my store to France to get French as the only option whereas when it is set to the UK I get four variations on English for Siri (UK, US, Canadian, & Australian).
That said, while Siri was set to French it managed to make sense of "Open settings".

Sep 1, 2016 4:58 AM in response to turingtest2by matteoettam74,Thanks both for the info...what I find odd is that on my iPhone and iPad I can choose whichever Siri language I want while still remaining logged in to the French AppStore/iTunes...I thought the same applied to the AppleTV.
I understand the store content problem but if I want to call up a movie on Netflix (which lists movie names in English even in France) or even an artist on Apple Music I'm having a really hard time in making myself clear to my French Siri...I guess it expects a French accent?

Sep 1, 2016 5:13 AM in response to matteoettam74by turingtest2,Siri needs updating to Franglais.
Siri on the Apple TV is mostly focused on the store whereas on other devices it has a wider remit including the web, however this does seem a little too limiting. I'd use that feedback link provided above.

Apple TVSiri on the Apple TV uses a different database to the one on your phone and is much younger in terms of development. I don't wish to speculate but there are a lot of languages not yet available for the Apple TV and they want to develop 'missing' languages before expanding existing options.
