Aug 31, 2016 6:07 PM in response to S.lahondesby Niel,You need to insert or connect a disk; this can be the computer's original disk, or a retail 10.5 or newer DVD, or an installation thumbdrive, or an external drive with Mac OS X on it. Once you've done this, click on it in the Startup Manager and then either use the Disk Utility to repair the internal drive, or the Installer to put an OS on it(if you're using an already-installed system, restore it in the Disk Utility), or replace the drive.
