Q: File showing up in iTunes folder but not iTunes itself
I am currently trying to add a custom ringtone to my iPhone 4S running on iOS 9.3.5. As described in the title, I have a file showing up in an iTunes folder but not iTunes itself. More specifically, my file shows up in the Music>iTunes>iTunes Media>Tones Folder. It, however, is now showing up in my Tones playlist in iTunes. As far as I know, I cannot edit any of my other playlists, and whenever I try to drag things into my Tones playlist, nothing happens. My laptop runs on Windows 10, and I am using iTunes 12.4.3.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, that would be great.

Not anymore. It turns out I made a really dumb mistake: I didn't tick off the box to sync ringtones on iTunes.
Thank you so much for spending time and effort to help me fix this.
