Q: The ringer on my iPhone 6S just started to turn on and off spontaneously.  It buzzes when it goes to silent and then goes back on.  Over and over and over and its just sitting on my desk.  Any suggestions for what's wrong with it?

First, I recommend restarting your phone. This can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Follow the steps bellow to restart.

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
