If Find My iPhone was not enabled before your iPhone was stolen, it not possible to turn the feature on now or to locate your iPhone.

You should still follow the steps in the following article (see under the heading "If Find My iPhone isn't enabled on your missing device"), including to help protect other data:

For you to be able to try and locate your device, the following has to happen.

Find My iPhone has to have been activated prior to loss/theft.

The device needs to be powered on.

The device needs to have an active internet connection.

If any of those things are not present, you cannot track the phone.
