Q: Security of sharing a power line internet connection
I have changed from wifi connection to the router to a home network connection through the house power lines. How secure is this? Can the network administrator see my internet traffic?
The reason I ask is that my bank's website would not show me my statement. When I telephoned the bank, they reported that there was no issue.
I can't seem to find any information about the security of power line networking on the internet.
Any guidance or help would be appreciated.

in the house they would either need access to the computer and your banking info, or install a key logger which required someone to be at the computer with a administrative user/password for that computer to install it, or they stand over your shoulder, nanny-cam in the room, or it can be done with a packet sniffer/analyzer
