I Recently bought an earpods. So I still have warranty but in this case , my dog chewed the left earpod . Does apple still replace it?

No. Warranty only cover poor workmanship or material not physical damage.
No, the standard warranty covers manufacturing defects.
So the only thing I can do is buy a new one lol

I don't think you can get AppleCare just for buying EarPods separately.
