If you shoot at 1080, you will have about 1080 horizontal lines of pixels. At 300dpi that's a print that's less than six inches tall. If you shoot 4k, you get around 3900 lines of pixels. That prints 12-18 inches before the pixels fall apart. As Tom says, you can use uprising software or tools inside Photoshop but your expectations need to come down a few notches.
