Q: Apple Music Membership Renewal Problem. No subscriptions but billed.
Good day. I have received an email that billed me for my Apple Music Membership (Automatic Renewal). However, I have not used the free 3 months trial and when I went to manage My Account, there are no subscriptions. So I am at a loss of how to proceed. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

No it is not legitimate. Nor is the report a problem. You owe nothing. Either delete it and forget it or you could send a copy to reportphishing@apple.com. Then delete the original.
For future reference, all apple addresses end with 'apple.com.' Anything else should be suspect.
