Sep 1, 2016 8:45 PM in response to rexxsoulby Indyuser,★HelpfulI don't think so. Logic remote is seen as a controller. Controller input data streams are taken (by Logic) before it exits the physical input in Logic. I "think" ( I am no expert on Logic remote) that the midi stream is only available on sum port.
I am not even aware you can change the midi channel on logic remote. So it must be channel one (its hardwired) and your other controllers must be able to have their midi outputs assign to other channels if you want to demux their output.
(please correct me if this is not correct regarding logic remote - more conjecture on my part as I don't use logic remote )

THanks for your conjecture..for you have confirmed some of my suspicions. Yes I noticed the logic remote data only appears on the environment sum port.
I see that in Mainstage there is a Logic remote MIDI port assignable in the layout mode.
I'm in search of a workaround Or better yet suggest a similar port assignment in Logic for external uses.
Thanks so much for your insights!
