Q: How do you import video for editing onto iPad Pro. Itunes locks it down so it's unusable.

This is getting old real quick. Is there a way to get video off of my pc onto the iPad Pro to edit the video. I tried iTunes but it locked it down and none of the video editing apps could access that content. You can't drag and drop to the iPad using windows explorer. Any suggestions are welcome thanks.

iPad Pro, iOS 9.3.4

Which app are you using to edit the video?

You can drag and drop the file into the app directly on iTunes.

Go to the app tab, scroll all the way down, you should see your app, click on it, drag and drop the video file in.

If you are syncing the video in via the iTunes side, you will not be able to make edits to it using another app.
