Q: Garageband/Mainstage/Logic Sound Library

Mac Pro Early 2009 El Capitan.  I have ownership of GarageIand, Logic 9 express and MainStage 3.  There is a large library of instruments, loops and other goodies that are now available for those who purchase MainStage 3 or so I read.  But upon first contact I find my self in a dilemma.  I must download all of the goodies from Apple.  Okay...cool...I will go with that right?  No....According to the download box It will take 59 days to download.....LOL LMFAO!!!!! So I went ahead and did something dangerous.  I bought an old collection of Logic Studio suites 4 to be exact.  I ***-U-Med that I could simply copy the Jam Pack contents to my hard drive and avoid the 59 days of downloading...and yes I really believe that 59 days is about right because I tried.  I have been at it for a month....it takes quite a bit longer than 59 days.  In fact I suspect I will have to use all my data up and then some.

so...here is my question:  *********IS THERE A WAY TO ACCESS AND COPY THE CONTENTS OF LOGIC STUDIO JAM PACK DVDS FOR USE WITH GARAGE BAND/MAINSTAGE AND LOGIC 9 EXPRESS OTHER THAN TO BUY A BRAND SPANKING NEW COPY OF AN UNOPENED FULLY LICENSED LOGIC 8 OR 9 STUDIO SUITE FROM EBAY??????

I WOULD EVEN GO SO FAR AS TO BUY LOGIC X IF THERE WERE A WAY TO GET IT ON DVD OR A ZIP DRIVE OR ANY OTHER WAY THAN DOWNLOADING....THAT IS A KILLER I WANT TO BE CUSTOMER BUT SUFFER LIMITED DATA AND THROTTLED BANDWIDTH??????? Any Ideas?  May be sell the DVDs with unlocked content on Apples web store?  Help!!!

MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), 8 GBs ram, DVD drive USB ports ect.

How fast is your internet connection?

The download time estimates are usually much too long.

For me, the download of the MainStage 3 sound library took half a day.

I have not seen a Logic Studio suites 4 DVD. It may have the same problem as the separate, original Jam Pack installers. My are old and are giving the warning "certificate expired". This can be remedied by changing the current date in the system preferences > Date & Time. A more serious problem is, that one of them is using PowerpC code and cannot run on Intel Macs with OS X 10.7 or newer.

Try, if you can rip the Logic installers as described on Bullets&Bones for the JamPack Installers:
