You have posted in the Apple Music forum, which is not related to syncing photos. I will ask the hosts to relocate your post.

Here is the link with instructions on how to import photos from your iPhone to your computer:

    PHOTO IMPORT IOS TO MAC/PC

If that is not what you were asking about, then please clarify your question.

    Cheers,

As shown in the links in the previous post, there are several options. All of them have different advantages.

You can use iCloud to transfer the photos or simply connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB connection. Do you have a mac or a PC?

    • Connecting the iPhone to USB is the simplest and fastest solution. You can download the photos to a photo library on the Mac or to a folder.
    • For iCloud you have two options - My Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Library.
      • My Photo Stream will continually stream any new photos to your photo library on the Mac, but also stream the new photos you import to your Mac to your iPhone, which you may not want.
      • iCloud Photo Library will keep the photos library on your iPhone in sync with your Photo Library on the Mac. The library on the iPhone and your Mac will be identical - any edits you do, any photos you import or delete. This may require purchasing more iCloud storage to accomodate your complete photo library, if it is larger than 5GB, and you will quickly run out of storage on your iPhone as well, so you need to enable "Optimize Storage". With optimized storage the iPhone will remove full versions of the photos from the iPhone and download them from iCloud , if you want to see or edit them. You will need a fast network connection to work with your photos on the iPhone.

So you have to make up your mind, if you want a true sync, as in iCloud Photo Library, or simply want to transfer the photos from the iPhone and not sync the iPhone, Then use the USB connection or My Photo Stream.
