Q: How to unlock my other apple acc. if i forgot my previous e-mail password?

How to unlock my other apple acc. if i forgot my previous e-mail password? .... please help. i know my apple id & pass but when i log-in at apple.com it says that it needs to be unlocked via security question and via e-mail. i cant answer the security questions because i forgot those and it is not me who created it, so the one who created it also forgot it (lol) . at the e-mail, i cant get an access because i forgot the password. if i try to reset my email pass. yahoo wont allow it. but in other email it'll allow. please help
