When I bought my iPhone i deleted essentials like garageband and pages, because I though I won't need them. If i reset my phone, will I have them again?

They won't automatically be installed, buy they should (if you are using the same account that originally activated the phone) show i the Purchased tab in the App Store app for redownloading.
