Charged again when ? This is a book that you only bought last week ? Does it show twice on your account's purchase history ? If it is, is it exactly the same book (e.g. publishers haven't removed and replaced it and you haven't moved countries since first buying it) ? If it's something that only iTunes Support can help with : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
