Q: Mac Pro recal of graphics cards

1) Apple certified repair did outstanding job or replacing those cards, seemed like he has done thousands due to schools, universities, colleges all had issues as I did.

2) now did option -D on booting up sent data to Apple and have assigned seniors advisor.

3) newer problem is error codes and system dead slow on 6 cores of my second Mac Pro. Now does not see my Amd hardware, extremely odd to say the least.

4) 2 weeks no words or returned calls from senior advisor, again more serious delays to jot making any income using new Mac Pro.

5) what did work no does not, example is iMovie sound stutters.

6) Final Cut Pro sound of of synk

7) 4 k video from my brand new iPad Pro that did do 4K video sent it to airdrop not recognized on Mac Pro system after graphics cards recall was done.

so awaiting words from Apple on option d performed 4 times.

nope...but... all I can do is give you my experience. I had a Liquid cooled G5 which had major failure  3 times (was under AppleCare) and was eventually replaced with a Mac pro. I guess you've tried the usual stuff-zapping pram, resetting the PMU, trying to reinstall and update the OS and the various applications on it , and all that, and...nothing. Apple does not read or reply to these forums,  cmdrDenis, this place is strictly a user-to-user forum, and that's it. Save all your receipts, paperwork, document as much as you can, and when you speak to Apple or a senior advisor, be polite but businesslike.  Yelling, Screaming, Ranting and raving won't get you very far.  if you go to apple.com/feedback and leave a comment there, someone may get back to you. Calling Apple's main line may be helpful as well, but as to what happens, how and when

I can't say. Apple *may*, at its own discretion, replace a machine that has had too many large repairs, or repair it, but it's up to Apple to do that.  Maybe if you call your local Apple place, explain the situation calmly and nicely, and ask to speak to another senior advisor or the manager, maybe they can help you out.

FFrom G5 to mac Pro what is the Mac Pro? This is my second Mac Pro, now 6 cores upgraded ram and flash drive and with ipad Pro that does 4 k Mac Pro cannot identify the file time.

my patience is legendary, but not making any income for now a year because 4 k on Mac Pro not there.

    1) iMovie, Final Cut Pro, compressor all line up to fail. Advisors are in many departments.and waiting.

    thanks for your reply.
