Q: Why does Report a problem in iTunes only lets you report 2 problems?

Why does ITunes report a problem with purchases only let you report only 2 problems?  I ordered 4 episodes in TV and got 4 wrong ones.  Could only report 2.  Then had to go to Apple Support to ask again. 

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5
