Q: Boot Camp Still Exists but is Missing.
So my windows boot camp was getting full and I decided to partition some space from my mac using Disk Utility then boot into windows to take that extra space. However, after doing this I no longer see my boot camp as an available drive when I hold option on startup. It still shows up in utility disk showing the GB usage of my data on it, and it still shows up in preferences where I can set my start up disk, just not when booting my computer. So I tried setting it as the default start up, but it tells me there is "No Bootable Device - Insert Boot Disc and Press Any Key" when I try that.
It wouldn't be the end of the entire world if I had to forget about my data and re-install windows, but I'd like to push that as a last resort as that would be a huge pain as while I can re-download a lot of things numerous things will be lost permanently.
If anyone has an idea of how to access my boot camp windows data again, as it is obviously still existent, I'd appreciate hearing it.
MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

I think I may just re-install windows. I learned I could pull over the files I'd lose through finder. I went to Boot Camp and dragged those files onto my mac. Hooray!
