Q: macbook pro 15 2011 windows 10 restart issue

Hi,

I have macbook pro 15 2011 with intel i7 2ghz. 4GB ram 500GB HDD +SSD 120GB(bought recently with HDD/SSD adapter tray).
I have some strange issue with RESTARTING MAC in windows 10 Enterprise. If i restart windows through Start i get a black screen with one row : no bootable disk found, insert a disk and press any key. I tried one more time to restart but at second try i pressed on options alt key and found strange thing that boot menu doesnt show anything, after some minutes i saw internet recovery icon appeared. This problem occurs then i restart windows through start or through bootcamp app with option to restart in mac os x. Then i shutdown mac and turn on, boots fine default OS (mac os x el capitan or windows) and with option key boot menu appears with 2 os selection.  Restarting to windows from mac os x just works fine.

i'll show my steps what i did for installing my new hardware and software:

1. made usb bootable instalation media with mac os x el capitan
2. changed main old HDD to a new SSD (hdd slot)
3. installed mac os x el capitan on SSD.

4. used bootcamp to create partition for windows
5. installed windows 10 on ssd with super drive
6. removed super drive and placed SSD  from hdd slot to Super drive slot.
7. installed formatted old hdd in hdd slot area.
8. Booted system,  no problems found until i tried to restart from windows to mac osx through bootcamp software.

I turned off fast boot on windows 10 but did not help.
Suggestions ? Drivers working fine

Where is a problem ? How can i repair partitions or boot menu without not doing from begining because its annoying.
Im new on macbook.
What can i test or do more ?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
