Q: Bluetooth Device Recognition
Hello,
I am just new on Apple World.
Does anybody knows if my MacBook 12 retina can work with Bluetooth Headset Sony SBH70 or should I buy specific product for this pc?

There's one way to find out.
Set up a Bluetooth audio device
- Choose the device from the Bluetooth status menu (
) in the menu bar, then choose, "Open Bluetooth Preferences" If the Bluetooth status menu isn’t in the menu bar, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Bluetooth, then select the “Show Bluetooth in menu bar” checkbox at the bottom of the window. Note: If you don’t see Bluetooth in System Preferences, your computer doesn’t support Bluetooth. - Follow the onscreen instructions to set up the device.
Select a Bluetooth audio device as your computer’s input or output device
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Sound.
- If your device is meant for sound output (for example, headphones), click Output. If your device is meant for sound input (for example, a headset), click Input.
- Select the device you want to use in the list of devices.
